THE PROBLEM

I’ve been working with IdeateLive, an AI-powered platform that helps users brainstorm and plan events. It’s meant to make everything easier from ideation to execution—whether you’re planning a small meetup or a large conference.
But early users found the landing page confusing and the planning steps unclear. They weren’t always sure what the platform could do or how to begin. There was a great tool hidden under a clunky flow.

LESSONS LEARNED
AI is only as effective as the instructions it receives. With strong user research and clear prompts, AI adds real value; without them, it can produce confusing or irrelevant results.
Clear structure, smart assistance, and a supportive AI agent can transform hesitation into confident action especially for solo planners or first-time users. Designing for clarity and momentum makes all the difference.
